COMMODORE PROFILE
This Month - Commodore Meets PC
Jim & Tammy Harner
Edited by Susan Sackett
Meet Jim and Tammy Harner,
visitors from the PC world of Windows who came to see what all the crowds were doing in that little, out of the way, Forum called ComCom. They found out, they stayed.
"We come to Commodore from the big state of Texas. When we were new to the net we happened upon Com-Com by chance, not realizing it was for Commodore computers. We fell in love with the friendly, helpful, family oriented forum and have stayed around ever since our first encounter with Com=Com."

"We have 2 kids, Brandi who is 16 and Trey who is 11, and Blaze, the newest member of the family, a 6 month old, red merle, Australian Shepherd."

"We don't even own a Commodore (yet!), but are looking so we don't have to share the puter. We currently use a HP pavilion 7030 with Image wave scanner and Epson Stylus Printer; we surf the net with a Motorola Surfer 56K modem, and visit ComCom currently via webside."

"Our hobbies are vast; we love Nascar as we live just 4 miles from the new track in Texas. We are very big on the great outdoors, (fishing, camping, bird hunting, gardening, greenhouse gardening, raising animals)."

Jim is a lineman for a power company and Tammy is an Elementary School Secretary. In Jim's "spare time" he is an umpire for little league baseball and adult co-ed softball, as well as an assistant coach for Trey's baseball team. In Tammy's spare time she loves her greenhouse and bird watching, as well as driving the "taxi" for Trey and all his activities.

"Our kids are quite active, Brandi has a job at the local grocery, is a Junior in high school and on the drill team. Trey is in the 6th grade, plays percussion in the band, and is a catcher and pitcher for his baseball team. He's been playing for 7 years now. Both children are good students."

"We love Commodore and plan to stick around for as long as they will let us. Go Com=Com."

(That will be a long time; welcome to ComCom, Jim & Tammy)
