Maurice's love affair with Commodore began years ago with a C64, which he still uses
today for his programming and he is author of GEOFax, the first FAX program for
Commodore.
Maurice is a member of ARCA and he races a '92 Chrysler Lebaron Coupe with the
number 93 emblazoned on the side. (Could this explain his Delphi username
of "ARCA93"?)
Maurice is re-writing GEOS* for the new SuperCPU which was recently marketed by CMD.
If asked when it'll be completed he mutters in programming code, but the answer
is translated (by those that know such things) as "soon".
After completion of the GEOS re-write he expects to get
back to working on the WAVE, a part of which will be a graphical browser
for the C128.
All this work is interspaced between managing his garage in Charlotte, Michigan,
keeping the Speed Zone (his BBS at 517-322-2386) running, writing articles for
Commodore World and his LACC (Lansing Area Commodore Club) news letter.
The LACC is sponsoring a Expo for Commodore users May 3rd (1997), where local,
as well as many out of state, Commodore people will meet to share ideas, swap equipment
and stories, and learn what else is on the horizon.
Read Maurice's suggestions and tips in the
Commodore Forum.
